Founding Period that Formed Our Current Foundation

Paying goodwill for the name Yuasa, our company was established in November 1994 as a spin-off under the name Yuasa M&B Co., Ltd. with 35 employees.

Shortly after operations began, the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake occurred in January 1995. Although it seemed like a tough road ahead, we made every effort to support our customers and serve as volunteers in the disaster areas. In March of the same year, a welcome party was held for new employees, and the 1st M&B meeting was held in May. We held 1st anniversary party commemorating our founding in November.

Initiatives for the Advancement of the Ageing of Society
M&B Hospital Solutions Meeting

As the ageing of society advances, medical facilities are increasingly playing important roles. With due consideration to such a social background, Yuasa M&B desired to actively engage in a variety of business fields related to the management of medical and hospital facilities. In collaboration with companies, schools, hospitals, and others, it launched the M&B Hospital Solutions Meeting at the Imperial Hotel on May 15, 2000, with Yuasa M&B becoming the secretariat.

In the medical world, where a large amount of emphasis is placed on electronics technology, we are actively engaged in projects that contribute significantly to society in consideration of what true kindness means.

With the support of the Osaka Medical Cooperative Society, we invite doctors and experts from various fields to speak as guest lecturers so that we can regularly exchange information and make proposals with participants on the future of hospital management and health.
